I’ve booked a mobile in Gazedeals through online.. i got the product but it was a fake thing.. it’s not working properly. Then I tried to return it but there was no return option. I tried to contact but the mail id was wrong what was provided..
Ihad ordered Nokia 5233 received yesterday when i opened the box there was missing power bank and mobile language not able to change Chinese to English, itried for returning but der is no option available for returning, pls suggest what is the process for returning policy.
Expecting reply from GAZEDEALS for trusting this website to continue the purchasing.
