My name is AYYAPPAN.M, on Dec 18th, I booked a seat on Geepee Travels (Via Redbus.com) from Banglore to Chennai.
Geepee Travels (Non A/C Airbus (2+2)), Ticket no:TJDE99573676 & PNR No:AGB9TK6I, Seat No:31.
My Boarding time is 11.49PM from Madiwala Banglore. At 00.10AM, Geepee travels arrived, when i entered the bus, i informed my seat no, then they told me to wait for 15min, then finally they informed me that my seat is double booked, your bus got cancelled and so many bullshit reasons. They told me to sit inside the floor on last row. Initially I denied and asked the reason, they tried to convince me to adjust for sometime.

Also after sometime, they allowed 4 to 5 non-reservation passengers to sit inside the floors on last row. Totally i am frustrated and can’t able to sleep whole night. I dont have any other option to travel to Chennai as it was midnight 00.30AM. So first Redbus.com have some resposibilty to take neccessary steps on this type of Travels. As this Geepee travels buses are really worst in condition, poor customer service. So I want to take severe action on this issue and this Geepee travels. Also please cancel their services by considering consumer safety.

Please take this issue as very serious and take neccessary action for this travels.
