I bought a flat 469 in year 2011 from mahagun in kaveri tower, mahagunpuram phase 2, village – mehrauli, ghaziabad.

Parking was not mandatory and so i did not opt for parking

I do not need parking as i use public transportation

Now when flat is ready for possession they are threating me to by parking or forget my paid money

They told me that gda has stopped flat registration without parking from past one month

When i bought the flat in 2011, gda did not have this policy and so i do not come under such recent requirements.

Please resolve this.
