Reference:-unauthorised construction in a-127 ground floor. Where person has covered the essential left out space (Which has to be left as per gda guidelines) with fame work and are building a temporary room, please refer to captioned construction activity being carried out on the above said plot, in relation to the above we would like to bring to your kind information & knowledge that owner of ground floor has illegally encroached the front area of around 10 feets which is actually creating problem for other building owners as other ground floor members will do the same way and will create problem in the building owners…
