Hi,
I have purchased a flat in plot. No. 699, shakti khand 3, indirapuram.in which builder “mr. Anil miglani prop. Of a. M. Buildtech pvt. Ltd. Has made a office room in parking area which is not authorized.
Building has total 16 flat out of which 12 are 2 bhk and 4 are 1 bhk.
12 bhk owner’s have 1 four wheeler and 1 two wheeler parking.
4 bhk owner’s have only 1 two wheeler parking.
The problem is that the total parking area is not sufficient for us because builder has a office in parking area which take the more space.
Please help us.
