Requested two rakhi orders from Giftalove site for delivery to Mumbai on Aug 24 and received the confirmation of my orders by email after I paid through my credit card. I had requested delivery date as Aug 27th but till date orders are not delivered . Since 28th, I have been trying to get in touch with customer service- numbers which are constantly engaged,wrote an email to support site but no reply.
Please provide refund of my orders as they have no value now, even if they are delivered.

Status as on date:
GL-127347943096 –Shipment delivered partially yesterday in broken and shabby state. Kaju Katli ( sweets) are missing.
GL-127358373855- No shipment delivered till date.
Both the orders were Rakhi With Almonds & Kaju Katli

On Aug 27th,they sent me the dispatch details of courier whereas the Rakhi hamper should have got delivered by same date. Courier companies like Bluedart and Anjani are used but its worthless services have dampened the whole rakshabandhan festive spirit.
If someone can address my concerns, it will be nice. Thanks.
