I had booked an online birthday order to my special one. Order was booked on the date 03/10/2019 and it was suppose to deliver on 05/10/2019. Till the date it has not been delivered. When i calling the company customer care support number now im not able to get connect with them. Previously several time i had talked and re confirmed the order.

Order amount was INR 1448 which had already been pay still refund procedure also not yet happened.

I would like to file a case against this fraud company, This should not happen to any other peoples again.

So kindly take an action against this website.
