In Girias, we bought a refrigerator (Kolathur). Although we select one product, they charge and deliver another.
I placed an order for my parents. They’re not even proficient in reading and writing.
They were unaware of the capacity disparity. When we informed the branch manager and sales representative Nalini about the error, they acted haughtily. Tell me about customer service, sir. very low quality.
They don’t even return the favor by being courteous. Kindly assist me in resolving this matter, sir.
They will take responsibility for the purchase, and then they advise us to go to the main branch, which is situated in Bangalore, to file a complaint.
What a response this is, sir. The invoice was not received on the same day. They don’t even react appropriately.
The invoice includes additional items. With arrogance, the salesperson remarked, “Unala ena mudiyumo paathuko.”
