Order number #GMB-10165. Ordered Mi fitness band 4 and paid Rs 1199, which is a xiaomi product but received a fake counterfeit product called M4 band. The representation on the website and the name is identical to the original product. No response to the return email and phone calls has been received by me. The product is an absolute fake and this is a clear case of misrepresentation. moreover, they use the catalogue of xiaomi while displaying tb variants of the product and even the specifications used is of xiaomi. They sent a piece of junk fitness band which has a market value of 300 rupees.
