I ordered a case and tempered glass for OnePlus 9 on 8 May, 2022 and they were supposed to deliver it on or before 13 May, 2022, but I haven’t received it yet it’s 16 May, 2022. I made online payment of Rs. 895. I’m not even able to track my order because it’s stuck on pickup rescheduled. I’ve even sent request to cancel my order and get refund as it has not left their warehouse but still nothing done. They just send you an email saying it will be resolved by our representative within 48 hours but nothing is resolved. They should have either delivered my order or cancel it and give me full refund. I came to know about this website from some youtubers and got impressed and decided to try it. It was my first experience and it’s pathetic. I will never recommend to buy anything from glazedinc.
