Mr. Rajarishi, Brand Manager – Communications had contacted us for a Press Release translation in the month of February 2016. We delivered the Translation on time and raised an Invoice for Rs.600/-. He agreed to make the payment against delivery. It is 6 months now, and we are yet to receive our payment.
And, whenever we contact Mr. Rajarishi for payment, either he evade the call or give us silly reasons that we have bank account with TNSC Bank (the bank has net banking facility and electronic fund transfer can be done from anywhere in India) and that is why he could not make the payment. I really wonder whether we need to open a bank account in a bank of his choice to get this meager amount. Therefore, we suggested him to courier a cheque, but he never obliged.
This hospital is collecting money beforehand to start treatment to its patients, but does not even make the payment even after receiving service from its vendors. It is a shame on Global Hospitals for adopting such double standards.
