I booked a Dubai package for myself and my parents in Sep 2016 for travel on 8th Dec 2016 to Dubai for 4N/ 5D. I made initial payment of 96,000 in Oct and 45,000 INR in Nov. I submitted all required documents to them in Nov and was hoping that the visa will be applied. I was dealing with a person named Vikas Singh (+91 8860383345) and later Krishnan (+91 9873457313). Till 5th Dec I was promised that the visa is getting applied in tatkal category and I should not worry. All I got was false promises and empty assurances, these guys are nothing but a bunch of crooks who take gullible customers for a ride.
Issues with them:
* Earlier they were operating under the name of Kesari Travels most likely a fake travel portal. They got notice from real Kesari travels and had to change their name.
* First they were called GlobalIndiaPassages and now just GIP, I’ve got at least 6 different mail ids in the last 3 months on which I have dealt with them.
* Vikas their employee promised me many times that he has applied for the visa but his boss Krishnan just informed on 5th Dec that he no longer works for the company
* Krishnan too connected me to some friend of his who confirmed the visa has been applied but refused to give a reference number or anything that can be used for tracking the visa application.
* Till 10 PM on 6th Dec Krishnan keep on giving false assurance and ridiculous arguments like we will get visa once office hours in Dubai are over etc but finally did not provide anything.
* I’ve asked at least 10 times to confirm the package details and hotel confirmation number but they have not provided it so far.
Really this above person is correct, this Global India Passage is a fraud company. think before deal with their fraud employee particular named Vikash singh, Sumit surma, Arjunbhai and kisan agrawat.
All are very lyres and cheater. this company is from Delhi(which name global India passages fraud) and they made very nice look of their web on internet with Gujarat logo. so while booking be alert with this fraud company. Already they cheat India’s well-known company kasseri then what about ordinary man. This all for men openly looted people by their sweet voice particularly Vikash singh. and Arjunbhai. Once you deal they never call their customer for any quarry. once customer done pavement then understand he is 100% loose his money.
