I have been using and promoting tgese products from 2 to 3 months and investing my 6 to 8 hours in a day and i am also getting results because i respond to the customers at any time so they are placing orders.
But around 40 to 50% of my orders are being cancelled because it states that the customers dont receive the product.
But when i enquired with the customers,most of them said that no one has called them,the delivery boy asked them to come 10 to 12 kms far to receive.
It is my observation that most of the orders are cancelled by the ‘delhivery courier partner’ without even contacting the customers.
I am very excited to work with your company as i am doing but getting demotivated when such things happen.
Request you to resolve this at the earliest so that my interest and customer pools get motivated.
