An Indian agency GODCARE Medicals Pvt Limited,Delhi send me a mail and promised 1 year work visa and Job offer in Malta.They told I will get a job offer from an IT company in Malta and charged 1 Lakh Fifty thousand for the initial process.Later they introduced another agency in Malta and didn’t keep the promises as they said before starting the process. I have send mail and requested the help of Malta Indian Embassy and they told don’t use this agency.. So I asked them to close my application and refund the amount charged from me.but they are not ready to refund my money.Could you please help in this regard.

Dear Candidate,
This issue has happened with Mr. Jubin Antony and we resolved the entire scenario.
The incident was like this: “We got an offer letter for him from Malta and he didnt want to go to Malta. He withdrawn his application for the same after receiving offer letter which created a delay in getting his money refunded from Malta.”
To solve the problem we gave Mr. Jubin Antony the entire amount few months back and sorted out the problems.
