I have booked flat in Godrej 24 on pre launch day, April 28th, 2017 by paying Rs. 1, 000, 00 as token amount. As of now there is no agreement or sale deed has been made between me and builder.
On teh day of booking the payment plan and cost sheet – had mentioned Total Cost (inclusive taxes) : 62, 52, 706
Recently, I got revised plan (with new GST) – Now total cost (inclusive taxes): 6, 58, 9091
Difference increase: 3, 36, 385 which is exceptionally beyond my financial budget.
Due to this reason, when I contacted Godrej 24 to cancel my booking, they are saying, there is no refund policy from Godrej and entire amount (1 lac) will be forfeited and considered as a cancellation charges.
Please assist to get refund of booking amount.
