I have approached GOETC for daily car washing service in Feb 24..They were suppose to start the service after 15 days & collected 3 months amount in advance..commencement
of car cleaning services was kept on changing & ensured to start the service in march & this was delayed for more than a month & later i have asked for intiating the refund for which they agreed..its been close to a month now & no refund has been initiated…whenever i ask for a refund they give a new date & promise to refund the amount after 1 week .I think they are bunch of scammers who are taking amount in advance for car services & later they dont refund the amount nor provide the services…
