I have made a payment of ₹2000 on sixth of December 23 to goetc car cleaning services for a three month services in advance. However they never started my car cleaning service and after waiting for almost 15 days I asked them for a refund on 25th December 23. They agreed that they are going to refund my ₹2000 in my account within next 8 to 10 working days, but after waiting for that much time, I have not received my amount yet, and when I am contacting them, they’re not replying to my calls or emails or any other messages mode .
