Goetc is the biggest scammer and a fraud company. I booked and paid Rs.1950 for 3 months subscription for car cleaning at my doorstep.
Here are the steps how the scam gets unfolded:
1. No one showed up for cleaning on the date they promised to begin cleaning
2. I tried contacting them on WhatsApp, customer care (1800..), office number (080..) and Instagram – DID NOT get any reply for 4 days
3. Then they said sorry bla bla and OK-ed to refund my money
4. After 2 days of follow up, they said they have “initiated” refund process and told me it’d take 10 business days!!
5. After 10 business days, I tried contacting them on all their channels – but did not either money or reply
6. Then, I get a WhatsApp message that my money would be refunded on or before 17th Nov.
7. Since yesterday, I am reaching out to them on all their contact channels – have not got any response nor my money back.
