They have taken advance and are not providing any services. When I am asking for refund they are giving false commitment and no refund since last 2 months.
Don’t even respond to calls, WhatsApp or mail.

* Go to page
* Write GOETC in company name section and write your complaint in detail
* Enter your personal information (email will not be published)
* Get refund / replacement / damages from GOETC.
I have paid an advance of Rs. 1850/- towards 3 month car cleaning services on March 4th, 2023 with a confirmation that the services will start from March 13th but no one contacted. After multiple follow ups, received a Whatsapp message on March 17th stating that the services will start from March 22nd & because of the delay they will bill from April 1st. And after that no one cared to respond to messages or emails, even phone number provided doesn’t work.
These guys are fruad, do not fall into this trap.
