They were supposed to provide daily car cleaning service from June 7th after taking advance payment. They never provided the service and are now not providing the refund too. There helpline is not responsive. Initially when connected they informed that refund has been initiated and should reflect in my by 27th June. However, when asked about the transaction number they were not able to provide. I spoke to Neha and Anu from their call centre team, in the beginning.
