It’s a scam. These people take your money, then after 20 days they promise to begin the service, but they never do. They keep pushing back the dates and used to promise that if they are unable to provide the service, you will receive a refund within 7 to 10 days. They haven’t even responded after more than two months, and there has been no refund.
