I was approached by whatsapp message on multiple ocassion by this company name Goetc, promised to give daily car cleaning at door step, prompting that a limited cleaner available in your area.so once I decided to take their service they by default ask for advance payment, minimum service opted is 3 months, so making it minimum amount is 1600 rs. After payment, the didn’t provide details of cleaner, giving excuse that they will provide details only the day before service starts. But the service never started. Again giving excuse that we will starts after 10 days as there is no cleaner available in your area. So I asked for refund, to which they agreed once. But afterwards there was no further responce or communication. I kept asking repeated times.
