I scheduled service for three months, and according to the schedule, it was supposed to begin on 2 April 23; however, it hasn’t begun for some absurd reason. Now that they have rescheduled the start of service for April 10, 23—no one showed up as scheduled, and no one from customer support responded to my questions.
After becoming frustrated, I requested a refund, and I was told it would be processed in 7–10 working days. However, 12 working days have gone by with no refund, and as usual, no one from customer support has responded. Beware, it’s a scam company all around.

* Get refund / replacement / damages from Goetc.
Dear manager,
It is intimated that I had booked the service for car cleaning on 27 April 23 online with GOETC company. The service has not started even after rescheduling twice from GOETC.
On 11 Jun 23, I requested for refund which also has not been done.
Now there is no response from them.
It is requested to please file a complaint and do the needful.
