My wife Saroja Narasappa Badiyal has invested Rs1000 in golden forest India Ltd.since the company seems to be fraud one, many investors moved the matter to court, The honourable Supreme court& high court of Chandigarh taken decision to return the investors money.Accordingly the director of golden firest has issued a account payee post dated cheque(18-9-2016)for Rs80000of Canara bank sector10Panchakula(Haryana).Acconnt no is531.When I went to my bank, they told me, it is a old format cheque, at present CTS format cheque is required.So please help me to whom I have to contact toget my amount back .Thanking you sir.
