I had received cheque for refund of amount invested by us years ago, we are the victims but the cheque received by us are missplet, when the karvy is a service provider for disbursements so the query and solution are with karvy, they told us to return us the cheques with id proofs and fathers death certificate and affidavit.
They are telling us to wait 2 to 3 months more. What is this they dint give us any information for rtgs. Please kindly take a step and solve it as earlier.
