I had invested rs 5000/- in 1997 in golden projects ltd and alloted vide reciept number-0225894;one marla of land parcel in village patvi. Tehsil naraingarh, district ambala (Haryana). The appreciated value of my investment was rs 50, 000/- and was to paid in 2007 or was to be handed over one marla land as per the reciept cum allotment letter. The company was operating in the same complex and by the same team that was conducting the affairs of the golden forest. This is also part of the same management as that of the golden forest. Neither have been the maturity amount nor the one marla land so far. I did not come to know of the investigations and follow up proceedings under the honourable sc since i was serving in the army at other stations/states. My claim therefore could not be filled earler.in view of the above, i want my claim to be accepted now since the dates for their submission have been extended by the hon sc recently as was advertised through an advertisement in the times of India.
