My son-in-law, Deepak Bhandari S/O Shri Chanan Dass Bhandari had invested Rs.2000/- vide Enrolment No. 337237, commencement date being 17-04-1995 and maturity date being 17/04/2016. A cheque on Central Bank of India for
Rs.202000/- was issued but now in July 2016 when I approached my banker, they refused to entertain my cheque being delayed above 3 months. The Co. had failed and its whereabouts are not known. Kindly advise me what to do ?
