Respected sir/ madam

I have sent a mail to gfil. [email protected] regarding non acceptable of claim form. This site is not working properly. The site is showing that account number is not valid after submitted all details included account number, receipt number, name of claimant, nominee name, amount deposited etc. I have sent all these via screenshots and other necessary documents. The contact numbers given at your site even this number [protected], [protected], [protected]. These mobile numbers comes to be switched off while others always busy during working hours till 5pm. I tried so many times and have recording also of the above mentioned numbers. According to supreme court guidelines, you are bound to help the customers before 31/10/2018. And i have sent this mail including all the details of claimant with uploaded details of original receipts and some screenshot. If you are really want to help me regarding this matter, you will have to call me at the following number to resolve this big issue.
