I have invested in Golden Forests India Ltd The I/C GPD Sec. GFIL, SCO 834, Manimajra, Chandigarah 160101, on 22/01/1994 Rs.1,880/- vide Guarantee cum Performance Deed bearing No.89362/89363 dated 09/09/1994 vide my GFIL A/c.SEC 3920/3922 dated 22.01.1994. Accordingly Golden Forests India Ltd., has issued Union Bank Of India Manimajra Chandigarh (U.T) Accounts Payee cheque No.0511692 dated 22/01/2019 by cheque leaf 53/574 Code 61611 Unit 4621 Stat No. FB94-939/27656 vide Current Deposit A/c No.17004 on my name KULKARNI R. NEELAKANTH for Rs.4,44,000/-. Now my bank is not accepting this cheque as it is not micr and this cheque validity expires and revalidation is required. Our bank will only accept 13 digits holding accounts details cheque only. I request your goodselves to please issue new/fresh cheque on my name or online transfer amount KULKARNI R. N., Syndicate Bank A/c No.17012010122733 IFSC SYNB0001701 at the earliest.
