Hon’bl supreme court had ordered for release of 75% of basic amount invested with golden forest and claims for the same were invited by golden forest committee up to 31 st oct2018. Accordingly golden forest committee had engaged a reputed agency named karvy computer share for making payment to such claimants as per hon”bl supreme court order within stipulated period. It is heartenting to note that karvy computer share successfully implemented the scheme immediately after receipt of all claims during oct.2018. As such the orders of hon’bl supreme court side by side with prompt compliance by golden forest committee and karvy computer share is really commendable.
It is evident that the date of registration of such claims was further extended indefinetly beyond 31 st oct 2018 keeping in view the fact that huge amount was still left with committee.
It is therefore requested that golden forest committee may kindly consider the following suggestions in claimaint’s interest.
1. May assess/put forth the facts and figures of claims received, amount disbursed and balance funds available with the committee / karvy before honb’l supreme court of india suggesting/ seeking orders for release of balance 25% of investors/claimaint’s invested amount and a part of interest amount subject to availability of funds.
2. May consider further steps to be taken for speedy disposal of remaining assets of golden forest to cope with remaining liabilities/assets piled up manifold during a long period of about 20 years.
Any such action taken expediciously will be remarkable for the claimaint’s who had already suffered a lot.
