My dear sir pl provide me the claim form so that i may be able to submit my claim for the 70% amt as per court order. I have made 6 investment on my family members name out of the (6) 2 claims have been verified by the karvy consultancy agency. So that first of all i want to submit the verified claims and then will go further for the balance (4) claims.
