Refund Not Processed and No Response from Seller – Golden Glitter
I placed an order for 4 tops from Golden Glitter on 26th May 2025. The order was delayed by over a month and was delivered only on 3rd July 2025, after multiple follow-ups through Instagram and WhatsApp.
As I had already informed the seller that I would not be available to receive the parcel during that period, I was assured of either a re-delivery or a refund. Since then, I have been repeatedly contacting the brand through email, WhatsApp, and Instagram, but have received no response.
This delay, lack of communication, and failure to process my refund is highly unprofessional and has caused unnecessary inconvenience.
