I purchased a powerbank from the company www.grabshoppingdeald.com after their executives spoke to me several times from the phone no: 01206540309, 0120-6500245. and have made online payment by using my debit card. and was told that i will receive the details of the product once the product is shipped that was within three days after placing an order. but it has been about a month they dont pic up the phone nor do they reply emails. i would like to file a complaint here and hope to get help from any corner. thank you.
