I had booked a product vide order no. 9588 in the month of Oct 2016 and had paid the amount in advance. Till now the product has not bee delivered. Correspondences made to the Customer care is not answered and the Customer care no replies with a IVR message. These people should be booked and should be put behind the bars immediately before they loote more.
