I purchased a product on 17th august 2016.i bought headphones which said its a jbl headphones.i got tht on 22nd august.i received copied ,faulty n damaged product.i mailed them regarding tht on tht day only wit product pics n receipt.till now i hvent got any reply from them reg tht.i called them many times but they always say tht they r looking into the matter.this is the most worst experience i evr had….so plz help me out
