I placed an order for Vidiem Mirage 4 Burner Gas Stove on 17/01/2016. Mr Akash who took order from me promised to dispatch the product with in 4 to 5 days. When I contacted them on phone on completion of the said days they promised that Iwill get the product in 15 working days. They are closed on national holidays and all Saturdays and Sundays. But on completion of the 15 working days they were trying to postpone the dates and finally they said they are cancelling the order and I will get the refund in another 15 working days. They cancelled the order on 2nd March and I have not received the money back. When the first 15 working days were over they post pined the date yesterday. Now the told me that it will take another 7working days. I am not sure that they will keep their words. On completion of the said 7 working days they will post pone the dates like that.
I am sure that this is a lesson to all.
