My name is Shilpa Baid. I am from Kolkata.
On Dec 12, 2023, I received the call from a lady and then the email and then continued for two weeks. They have already taken Rs 1680/- in the name of registration charge and then Rs 4990/- in the name of training, Now the link they have provided for the training software is not getting getting downloaded in the phone as well as pc., so asked them to help. on this they have sent me the below mail that government will provide a free laptop for that i need to refundable deposit of Rs 15000/- . kindly help me with this and if they are fraud, help me to get the money back. Every time and at every step calls from different numbers were received, such as the initial call for the registration and introduction from one number and then after registration some Kavita was there who told to pay rs 4990 for some health certificate and then taking the money other department named smriti called to confirm whether I am paying the 15000 amount for the laptop or not. When they sent the QR code initially the name of Aman appeared and for the next payment when I first opened the QR code first the name of some muslim person appeared and after when again I opened to see the QR code same name of Aman appeared. On this Kavita said that as the whole process is online so whenever the process get transfered to other department the name changes.
I am not financially strong, I work to make my both ends meet as well as my sons education. I never get into any investment things but this was something of Gov. so I thought to go ahead but now they are on the same step.
please help me to get my money back, If required I can provide all the correspondence including the phone recordings.
