My name is Rishabh Jain, and my father is Lalit Kumar Jain. We both reside in Rohini, a neighborhood in North Delhi. We value fair and proper service as consumers and as proud citizens of this nation.

A company called Grand Vivanta Vacations Pvt. Ltd. claimed to be based in Delhi and have been in business for 35 years.

As consumers, it is our responsibility to make informed decisions based on our preferences, but as service providers, it is our responsibility to provide fair and righteous services in exchange for the money that has been paid for them. However, the in question company has behaved inconsistently.

My father and I are two of the customers who this business has defrauded, misrepresented, and mentally tormented.

To be a part of their exclusive membership, which they are selling out of the Radisson Blu Hotel, Paschim Vihar, we paid a hefty sum of rupees 155,000.

I had no idea that when I was planning a vacation, nobody would pay attention to me, wouldn’t respond to my calls, would put me on hold, and wouldn’t provide the services I had selected.

My father paid in full for the membership in May 2022, and we never received the promised return of 30,000.

Since more than a year ago, we have applied for an immediate refund back, but neither our calls nor our emails have been returned.
