I need a refund of my money
I am a victim of Grand Vivanta Vacations Pvt Ltd. and have been struggling to get my refund since long time now.
Few brief pointers on my dissatisfaction
1. The sales team would call you to 4-5 star hotels and would tell that this is a subsidiary company of Taj group (now they would not say this, as Taj vivanta had filed a legal case and hence they had to change the name to Grand Amanta Vacations Pvt Ltd). They then would make a lot of fake promises on providing 4-5 star hotels across the globe and would say they have tie ups with giants like Marriot group, Taj Group and all the 4-5 star properties across the globe and has the nights already pre booked for the members. Trust me, they do not have any tie up with any hotel chain and even does not have any nights booked with any hotel chains. (Screenshot attached)
2. Further the booking team, i would be inclined to say is illiterate and does not have any manners to handle the customers although being in hospitality industry. They are very rude, rarely answers the calls, and does not even respond to the mails. Its very difficult to reach to the booking team or customer care team. When asked to fulfill the promises given by the sales team, they ask if there is anything in writing. The catch here is, sales team promises that you will receive the agreement at your address once the payment is done. On receipt of agreement when you call them to get the refund as the details are missing, they say that 70% of the amount will be deducted as part of administrative charges.
3. I am located in US and struggling to get the refund of my money inspite of calling them many a times through ISD have not been able to get any positive reply.
