I went through all complaints and found there are many victims of this so called vacation company.
Here i am listing few points which will be helpful in recovering your money, because i understand the pain everyone has to go through to get service from these guys.
1) Request them to refund your money if you are not satified with the service’s terms and conditions. or any mismatch between promised services vs real services.
2) Wait for the date commited by them, if they don’t give you refund, don’t even wait for another day and start legal process, same as below. because they will try to fool you by giving another date, and surely they are not gonna give refund on that day and biggest that’s trap, and surely don’t wait for 3 months as per their terms.
3) First raise cyber crime complaint, and call to your bank for dispute of your transaction, normally bank allows to report transaction dispute for 60 days from the date of transaction.
4) Bank generally resolves these kind of issue in a month, in a month you will get refund, but still because of any reason you don’t get then approach district consumer court.
I hope this will help, i have been through this painful process, and i know it’s difficult to get refund, and you can’t trust their promises.
