I have been approached by the great holiday club members gopal and sadiq in mount abu and offered free membership without amc along with gift vouchers.

However on application form they wrote amc charges and advised me that this is just paper formality and we shall not be charged any money towards amc charges.

However soon i received letter of membership mentioning annual amc charges and no gift vouchers were sent as committed.

The great holiday club officials who made fraud commitments…

I want to take legal action against this fraud or they will need to return full amount.
