How long do you take to send a confirmation mail to a customer once they pay for a membership. And how long do you take to deliver the complete kit. It’s 48hrs + since made the payment for the 5yrs package through credit card. And am yet to receive the confirmation mail. Would be happy if you send the confirmation mail at the earliest.
