Great Holiday Club – No service, need refund

We have been approached by Mr. Yash & Mr. Arif for the plan, accordingly we purchased it. Both have agreed to give refund if we don’t like it after first use. We have some medical emergency hence we requested both of them to refund, Yash had told that he had put request in company but there is no reply yet. Mr. Arif is not answering calls he is the zonal head. We urgently require refund.
