I was told that before EMI getting deducted we will be providing you a stay, if you like then continue otherwise you can deny. We were told that after taking ownership you can deny within 7 days I had given a call to mr. Arif stating that I wanted to discontinue the very next day after taking ownership. He didn’t do the needful and my EMI got deducted. He provided us with no stay inspite of asking for one. Now I tell them to stop my EMI they say that once you get membership card we can’t discontinue inspite of mr. Arif stating that you can discontinue with the membership whenever you want. The company employees, head, franchise etc are giving names of each other stating we have left the job, go ask money from the one who attended you. I want my refund back and it is a fraud company. Please don’t get trapped
