I have ordered 2 no’s of Samsung A5 series mobile on 27/09/2015. My Order no: #100009340.
I have contacted several times to customer care number no response. Still not I have not received the product also. Please reply to me at the earliest

In order to get refund from Greenshopee.com, kindly send mail to Paytm customer care or to [email protected] with the order details. I have already got my refund of Rs.10k this week.
I ordered a Samsung phone on 28/8/15. Since am calling for the past 3days the no. Given by them is switched off orelse it is always being busy. If any one called to that no.?? If the call was attended please inform to all. Its a fake fraudulent.

I have booked Samsung phone and amount also debited but still mobile phone not received(#100006597) booking details.
Your customer also not responding to calls and switched off.
Need your intervene on Same.

Delivery date is the one and only authticity to trust you. Why your not mentioned that and your not replying to any coustmer . This is the way your treating coustmers
I have placed an order of mobile amount debited through visa debit card but there is no reply from the greenshopee.com or no other reply placed order on 24-08-2015 and its non responsive
Amount debited from account but non of the mail or msgs or call had from green shoppee for confirmation plz rply early as possible. .
you may please give the complaint to hdfc credit card dispute section they will help you out to get your money back . But I don’t know otherbanks
