I had ordered moto g 2nd gen on 21.08.2015 and order 100005015 is confirmed but product not dispatched. Two times I talked with customer care and them told me you get ur product till 31st August or 1st sep. But till them did not dispatched, and payment through PAYTM.

I believe on paytm so place the order.
