Myself and my uncle ordered Mobile phones in greenshopee.com as per advertised via PAYTM. After we ordered we got confirmation mail as says it will be delivered within 10 days but product not yet delivered and no responses from merchant. We tried calling and sending emails but no use. Emails are bouncing back and phone is always busy or switched off.We checked with PAYTM and they are telling its our responsibility. Too many peoples facing the same issue and complaints are are rolling out in complaints boards
