I have booked that samsung A5 mobile in greenshopee.com but as of now i have not yet received any responce from them and i try calling the customer support its always in a status of busy or switched off.
I was busy with my personal works and now i tried to check the status but i am shocked to see that WEBPAGE IS NOT AVAILABLE..

I received call from greenshopee and being assured that , it will be delivered in 8-10 days …
This is good news . However the helpline should be kept open always for customer and calls should be responded .
Mails should be answered and should not bounce .
