I selected Samsung A5 on 15.08.2015 and I paid the amount on 15.08.2015.. The FAQ in the website says that they will deliver the goods in 3-4 working days.

I mailed them on 18.05.2015… I got a reply on 19.05.2015 stating that the product will be dispatched on Monday..

Nothing Happened with the Status of the Report. Your website says that the order is still in process. I have mailed them to send me the Product immediately or else, to refund the amount. Again no response and I searched google for Greenshopee and found them this is fake website. Please let me know how to get the instrument or a refund.
