There was an amount of ₹92 in my wallet as grofers cash. I placed an order on 26-01-2020 and cancelled it later, so the amount was refunded back. Today I checked my wallet and it was empty. I contacted their customer care, and they told me that grofers cashback has a validity of 60 days when it is mentioned clearly on their site that grofers cash has a lifetime validity. When I told them this, they said it was a promotional cashback, but it was not. As it was a refund. After that the customer care executives kept disconnecting and the new ones keep coming and copy pasted the same thing again and again till now 8 times. I have all the screenshots as proof.
